## 「ドローンを活用した緊急医薬品搬送の実証実験」を実施

企業・自治体向け業務用ドローンソリューションを提供する株式会社ブイキューブロボティクス・ジャパン（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役社長：出村太晋、以下ブイキューブロボティクス）は、2017年6月29日（木）、仙台市、株式会社NTTドコモ（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長：吉澤和弘、以下NTTドコモ）、宮城県医薬品卸組合（本社：宮城県仙台市、理事長：一條武）と共同で、「ドローンを活用した緊急医薬品搬送の実証実験」を実施いたしました。LTE回線を経由して遠隔制御されたブイキューブロボティクスのセルラードローンは、交通網が寸断された環境で医薬品の緊急搬送の要請があったという想定により医療機関まで自動飛行。さらに、自動飛行中ならびに到着後の映像をリアルタイムに本部へ伝送することで、自動飛行中の安全確認と、医薬品の受け渡しに必要な医療機関の関係者であることの本人確認を遠隔から実施できることを検証しました。ブイキューブロボティクスは、ドローン本体の開発から携わり、当日は、ドローンより伝送される映像のリアルタイム共有、飛行管理を実施しました。

■ドローンを活用した緊急医薬品搬送の実証実験の目的  
本実証実験は、災害発生時、橋梁の崩落等による交通網の寸断によって、陸路での医薬品の搬送が不可能となった状況を想定し、緊急医薬品の搬送におけるドローン活用の有用性を確認するため、実施されました。ドローンに関する具体的な確認項目は、以下の通りです。

（1） LTE回線を用いて遠隔からドローンを制御し、安全・正確に目的地に到着することができるか。  
（2） 医薬品の受け渡しに必要な本人確認を、遠隔から実施できるか。  
（3） ドローンに搭載した医薬品の振動、衝撃、傾斜に対する緩衝性、保温性を確保できるか。

■ドローンを活用した緊急医薬品搬送の実証実験の内容  
実証実験は、宮城広瀬総合運動場および実証実験に協力いただいた西仙台病院隣接の広瀬川河川敷を往復する形で実施されました。搬送依頼を受けた医薬品をドローンに搭載し、車両が通行できる限界の地点である宮城広瀬総合運動場まで車で搬送。その後、ドローンが目的地である西仙台病院隣接の河川敷まで医薬品を搬送し、受渡し完了後、離陸地点まで帰還しました。ドローンによる飛行は、無視界飛行かつ飛行ルート設定による自動飛行で、LTE回線を通じた遠隔制御にて実施されました。また、飛行中の安全確認は、常時、リアルタイム映像伝送システムを通じて行われ、医療機関の関係者が医薬品を受け取れているかの確認も実施されました。搬送元と搬送先が適切にコミュニケーションを取りながら、医薬品の搬送ができることが確認されました。

■仙台市 伊藤 敬幹副市長からのコメント
