シャノンでは、営業訪問先での商談の効率化をはかるため、遠隔からの営業同行に力を入れています。「V-CUBE ミーティング」を営業プロセスの中に取り入れ、営業訪問先の商談に、技術エンジニアが自社から遠隔で参加。これにより、商談単位で発生する技術的な確認事項をその場で確認できるだけでなく、商談でのコミュニケーション密度が高まることによる顧客との信頼関係の早期醸成が可能となり、開始から成約までの商談スピードが約25％改善しました。(シャノン調査による)また、これまで時間、距離、コストの面から商談を効率的に進めることが難しかった遠方での商談に対して、「V-CUBE ミーティング」を活用した遠隔営業というスタイルを確立することで、ニーズの広がる地方での営業活動が効率化し、成約にも結びついています。

■全ての商談において技術エンジニアが営業同行することが可能

シャノンのサービスは、利用する法人企業が保有している個人情報を扱うことから、商談時に、セキュリティ面などの技術的な質問を受けることがあります。しかし、製品開発も担当している技術エンジニアが全ての商談に営業同行することはこれまで難しく、営業担当者はお客さまからの技術的な確認事項は自社に持ち帰らなければならないという、効率的に営業活動が進められない課題を抱えていました。

「V-CUBEミーティング」は、インストールが不要です。また、直感的に操作ができるインターフェースとなっており、初めて利用するお客さまでも簡単にご利用いただけます。そのため、遠方のお客さまと利用をする場合、お客さまには専用のURLをクリックいただくだけで、商談を開始することが可能です。シャノンでは、訪問頻度を増やすことが難しい遠方のお客さまへの提案、遠隔営業に「V-CUBE ミーティング」を活用し、地方案件からの成約も実現しています。
