## ブイキューブが提供する「テレキューブ」、 東日本旅客鉄道株式会社が本格開始するシェアオフィス事業 「STATION WORK」に採用

株式会社ブイキューブ（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：間下直晃、以下 ブイキューブ）は、東日本旅客鉄道株式会社（以下 JR東日本）が2019年8月1日から本格開始するシェアオフィスサービス「STATION WORK」で設置されるブース型シェアオフィス「STATION BOOTH」の筐体として、当社製品の「テレキューブ」が採用されたことを発表いたします。

JR東日本では働き方改革・生産性向上のサポート等を目的に、2018年11月から2019年2月にかけて、利便性の高い駅ナカにおけるシェアオフィス事業「STATION WORK」の実証実験を実施していました。利用したお客さまの声などを踏まえて、安全かつ快適にご利用いただける新型「STATION BOOTH」を開発し、2019年8月1日から東京駅・新宿駅・池袋駅・立川駅に設置し同事業を本格開始します。新型の「STATION BOOTH」は交通系IC端末への対応や電動ラウンド型扉、利用状況が一目で分かるライトなどの仕様が加わりました。駅ナカに「STATION BOOTH」を中心とした快適なパーソナルスペースを提供することによって、移動中の隙間時間における効率的な時間の過ごし方を提案し、働き方改革の推進を目指しています。今秋以降、首都圏を中心とした多くの駅に拡大される予定です。

【テレキューブ提供の背景】  
2019年4月から新たに施行された働き方改革関連法を受けて、働く人たちの生産性を向上させる多様なワークスタイルのあり方が求められています。特に、時間や場所に柔軟性を持って働けるテレワークの活用は、働き方改革に最も有効な手段のひとつとして注目が高まっています。しかし、テレワークに利用されることの多いカフェやサテライトオフィスといった空間は、セキュリティの面で課題があります。秘匿性のある情報を取り扱いながらの資料作成や電話などに適しておらず、隙間時間の有効活用を実現するテレワークをするための理想的な場所が不足しているのが現状です。

こうした課題に対してブイキューブでは、企業内オフィススペースに加えて、オフィスビルなど多くの人に使っていただきやすい場への「テレキューブ」の提供を通じて、移動の隙間時間を有効活用し、従来のテレワークより更に「いつでも」「どこでも」を叶えた働き方の実現を目指しています。防音性が高く十分にプライバシーが確保された環境を提供する「テレキューブ」は、秘匿性の高い情報を取り扱いながらの業務やコミュニケーションに適しています。加えて、カフェやサテライトオフィス、公共空間などの利便性の高い場所に設置されることで、往訪の前後の待ち時間といった隙間時間に社内との打ち合わせや会議に電話やWeb会議で出席することが可能となります。

この度JR東日本が提供する「STATION BOOTH」は、「テレキューブ」のモデルをベースにしながら、実証実験で利用したお客さまの声などを踏まえて開発された、より安全かつ快適に利用できる新しいモデルです。「STATION BOOTH」の企画・開発には、ブイキューブの子会社で、公共空間向けの「テレキューブ」企画・開発・提供を推進するテレキューブ株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長：間下 浩之）が参加いたしました。
