■本イベント開催の背景と目的  
近年、人手不足への対応と生産性向上はあらゆる企業の喫緊の課題です。この課題に対し、さまざまなアプローチがある中、企業の成長や組織の一体感を醸成するために重要な役割を果たす社内イベントの活用に注目が集まっています。入社式や全社集会といった、従来から開催されるイベントのほか、新規事業に関するコンテストや、地域や職種が異なる社員同士の交流を目的とした会など、新たな試みとなるイベントも開催されています。しかし、多くの企業で「イベントを開催したものの、期待した効果が得られなかった」「参加者の満足度が低かった」といった別の課題に直面しています。  
そこで、本セミナーでは、イベントのプロフェッショナルである3名が登壇し、社内イベントに特化した、イベントの実践的な思考法や、ノウハウを解説するイベントの開催に至りました。

’93年博報堂入社。一貫してイベント/空間の専門組織に所属。国内/海外・フィジカル/バーチャルを問わず、販促イベント・企業催事から展示会・ショールーム・店舗まで幅広い領域を担当。マーケティング/ブランディング視点によるコンセプトメイクから企画・制作・演出・運営までを統括する「総合クリエイティブディレクション」型業務の実績が豊富。近年は新業態サービス「Event-Produce.com」やイベント用メタバース「META-MESSE」など幅広く活動中。著書に『エクスペリエンスプロデューサーが書いたイベントの教科書　「体験」の「カタチ」をつくる超実践的思考法』（宣伝会議）、「イベントの制作推進」『新版 イベント業務管理士 公式テキスト 1級・2級 共通』（日本イベント産業振興協会）がある。

イベントプロデューサーとして、製薬企業やIT企業の案件等に従事し、特に、機材・映像・音響・照明設備等のテクニカルディレクションに強みを持つ。ハイブリッド／オンラインイベントのプロフェッショナルとして研修やセミナーの講師も担当。2021年9月よりJCD社内で「DX吉井塾」を開講。 イベントテックに関するノウハウをはじめ広くDXに関わるトピックを社内にシェアし、社員のデジタル思考の促進のために精力的に活動をしている。

慶應義塾大学法学部卒業。2016年に株式会社ブイキューブに入社後、インフラ・金融・製造・小売・教育など、幅広い業界のクライアントへの映像コミュニケーションサービス導入を支援。  
2017年より大阪営業所にて営業チームリーダーやバーチャル株主総会のプロダクトマネージャーを歴任。バーチャル株主総会事業の立ち上げから事業開発を担当し、上場企業150社以上の導入に従事。  
現在は、インターナルブランディング領域におけるイベントDX事業の事業開発担当として活動中。
