## ブイキューブ、コニカミノルタと協働でインフラ・建設業などの 働き方改革を推進する遠隔作業ソリューションを先行販売開始

株式会社ブイキューブ（本社：東京都目黒区、代表取締役社長：間下直晃、以下 ブイキューブ）は、コニカミノルタ株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区、社長：山名昌衛、以下　コニカミノルタ）が開発したメガネ型ウェアラブル端末「WCc（Wearable Communicator、ウェアラブルコミュニケーター）」に、ブイキューブがコニカミノルタ向けに開発した遠隔作業支援ソリューション「Smart Eye Sync（スマートアイシンク）」を搭載し、7月17日よりコニカミノルタと協働で先行販売開始することをお知らせ致します。

【今回の取り組みの経緯】  
 IoT（Internet of Things）による第4次産業革命「インダストリー4.0」の動きが加速する中、コニカミノルタではインフラや建設、製造業・物流業における現場改革を重要なテーマと定め、「WCc」が開発されています。ブイキューブは、ビジュアルコミュニケーションサービスの提供を通じた現場の働き方改革に取り組んできた実績を活かし、現場利用に最適化した「Smart Eye Sync」を新たに開発いたしました。従来のメガネ型ウェアラブル端末で課題になっていた装着感や運用の手間を解決するため、両社が実証実験を繰り返して先行販売に至りました。両社のソリューションを組み合わせることで、現場の働き方改革に最適化された遠隔作業支援ソリューションの提供が実現しました。

【「Smart Eye Sync（スマートアイシンク）」について】  
 コニカミノルタが提供するWCc向けにブイキューブが開発した専用ソフトウェアです。これまでPCやスマートフォン向けに提供してきた「xSync Prime」に比べ、よりウェアラブル端末の操作に最適化した機能を追求致しました。特徴としては、通信状態が悪い現場でも高品質な映像と音声を届けることが可能です。また、現場のリアルタイム映像を本部側から録画や静止画を撮影したり、画面に書き込みを加えたり、その場で多拠点と共有・展開することができます。

【「WCc（Wearable Communicator、ウェアラブルコミュニケーター）」について】  
 コニカミノルタが開発したメガネ型ウェアラブル端末です。従来のヘッドマウントディスプレイにおいて課題として挙げられる「大きい、重い、視界を遮る」という問題を改善しています。利用者は違和感なくハンズフリーで作業しながら、用途に応じた情報を活用し業務の効  
率化を実現します。現在では物流業を中心に、働き方の改善に活用されています。

 

【Smart Eye Sync搭載のWCcの特徴】

*・安全に使える装着性  
*安全に作業ができる広い画角を確保しながら、従来と変わらない動作で作業が可能です。端末は35gと、一般的な眼鏡と変わらない重さのため、余計な疲労を与えません。ヘルメットとの併用も可能で、保護ゴーグルの上からも装着できます。また、ウェアラブル端末のコントローラーにはハードボタンを採用し、手袋をしたままでも安全に操作が可能です。

*・簡単に使える操作性*   
遠隔作業支援に必須の機能をワンストップに提供し、快適な操作性を実現しました。本部からの呼び出しがあった際には、ハードボタンを押すだけで通信が開始されます。また、現場のスタッフは作業中にメガネ型ウェアラブル端末を操作する必要がありません。端末から送信された現場の映像を本部側から録画や静止画を撮影したり、画面に書き込みを加えたり、その場で多拠点に共有することができます。

*・遠隔からのカメラ操作で、ズームと担当者目線の切り替えが自在に*  
2つのカメラを本部から自由に切り替えできる機能を開発し、ファイバースコープで手元や遠くの細かなズーム映像を映すことができるようになりました。現場のスタッフは、被写体に近づく必要がなく、遠隔からでも詳細な映像を確認できます。
